I am a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher running classes in rural East Sussex. My yoga style is an eclectic mixture: I like to work with traditional practices in combination with modern anatomical science in order to create enhanced natural movement, improve breath efficiency and find inner stillness.

I took up yoga in 1996 as relaxation therapy and found a new direction in my life. Once I had established a daily home practice, I decided that I would like to pass on the benefits I had found to others. You can join my classes here.
